SAFTI FIRST Hires Construction Industry Veteran Dave Stolecki As Chief Operating Officer
Brisbane, CA (June 3, 2025) – SAFTI FIRST®, leading USA-manufacturer of advanced fire rated glass and framing systems, is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Stolecki as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective immediately. In this leadership role, Dave will oversee the operations and production for SAFTI FIRST®’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Merced, California. He will also serve as COO for SAFTI FIRST®’s affiliate companies O’Keeffe’s Inc. (architectural aluminum ladders division) and Titan Metal Products (specialty doors and frames division), bringing a unified operational vision across the group.
Dave offers a strong combination of technical expertise and executive leadership honed over 40 years of experience in commercial construction. His career includes key executive positions with reputable companies such as Valley Electric and EMCOR Group, where he led teams of 200+ employees, championed operational safety, and scaled business units to seize new market opportunities. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business from San Jose State University.
As long-time Board Member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Dave brings deep insight into integrated project delivery methods that prioritize efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. His background in design-build strategies aligns with SAFTI FIRST®’s operational model and will support the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain efficient, high-quality manufacturing within its U.S.-based facilities.
In addition, Dave also has credentials with the US Green Building Council and the International Living Future Institute, complementing SAFTI FIRST®’s focus on advancing sustainable building practices.
